Make Videos Like a Pro
Founding cohort · starts Sept 7, 2026

Let's take one video from rough cut to something you're proud to send a client.

Ten days. One layer a day. By the end you'll have the speed, the skill, and the eye to do it again on your own.

The truth

Everyone sells you the trick. Almost no one teaches you how to see.

The three things

Speed. Skill. Reliability. That's what makes a video creator worth paying.

Not more effects. This cohort builds all three, one layer a day, on one real video. Day 1 you write a short script and hit record. That's your before. By day 10, you'll know why it works, not just how to fake it.

1

Script & setup

Write a short script about something you actually care about, and get ready to record.

2

Record & rough cut

Hit record and cut your first pass. This is your "before."

3

B-roll that tells a story

Add footage that supports what you're saying instead of just filling space.

4

Effects, built in

Not shown off. You'll learn where an effect earns its spot.

5

The match cut

One of the simplest edits that instantly makes a video feel intentional.

6

Camera movement that means something

Movement that supports the story, not movement for its own sake.

7

Captions & your design system

Captions and a look that's consistently yours, video after video.

8

Text animations

Add text the way pro edits do it: sparingly, and on purpose.

9

Sound design

The thing most people ignore, and the one that's usually most noticeable when it's missing.

10

Put it together

Bring it all together, and see how far the video has come since day 1.

Everything included

What you get

10 daily lessons

Short, and built so you can do them right away.

My full preset pack

The exact template, keyboard shortcuts, and presets I use in my own paid work.

The VECTS framework

My repeatable order for editing fast, so you're never starting from a blank timeline.

A private cohort

Post your work and get real feedback from me. Not "looks great." Actual notes you can't Google.

Your own before/after

A finished video you'll be a little too proud of.

Who it's for

Read this before you join

This is for you if

  • You already edit on the side, for fun or for the odd client, and you want to go full-time, or at least stop feeling like an amateur.
  • You're tired of guessing whether your work is actually any good.
  • You'd rather get so good that clients come to you than learn to be a salesperson.

It's not for you if

  • You've never opened an editing program. This isn't a "which button is cut" thing.
  • You want a magic "10 clients this week" hack. I don't teach that. I don't even believe in it.

What you get

Starts September 7, 2026Real feedback, not "looks great"Refund if it's not worth it

Finish the 10 days. If it wasn't worth it, get your money back.

Do the work, all ten days. If you genuinely don't think it was worth what you paid, email me and I'll refund you, no argument. I'd rather you tell me it didn't work than pretend it did.

About

A quick bit about me

Video editor who's worked with Samsung, Bosch & Liebherr

I'm not the extroverted type. I never wanted to chase clients. So I didn't.

I'm very introverted. But I've always been obsessed with video, YouTube, content marketing, all of it, long before any of it was a job.

I went self-employed next to my degree, and for years I struggled to land clients without really understanding why. What I did understand was that I couldn't stand the idea of chasing people down and pitching myself, so mostly, I just didn't.

That cost me. Six years of freelancing for almost nothing, even though I knew my skills were worth more than what I was getting paid for them.

In 2023 I gave myself a 100-day challenge: one video, every single day. Growth was slow at first, a few hundred followers here and there. But it kept climbing, and by mid-2024 the channel exploded. Brands started noticing, for brand deals and for videography work on their own channels.

For the first time, I was getting hired because of the work itself, not because I'd asked.

I'm still figuring a lot of this out myself. I'm probably just one step ahead of you, not ten. What I can promise is the same process that got me here, condensed into ten days. What I can't promise is that it fills your client list overnight. Nobody honest can promise you that.

Questions

Stuff you're probably thinking

Same, honestly. That's part of why this isn't 40 hours of video sitting in your library. It's 10 lessons, 10 to 15 minutes each, on one video you're already committed to because you recorded it yourself on day one.

It doesn't need to be. Day 1 is deliberately rough, that's the point. The whole ten days is about what you do with average footage, not about starting with something perfect.

That's genuinely for you to decide, but here's the honest breakdown: 10 lessons, my own preset pack and sound library, and direct feedback from me on your actual video, for less than most people spend on stock footage in a month.

Finish the ten days. If you genuinely don't think it was worth what you paid, email me and I'll refund you. No argument, no hoops to jump through.

Fair, but this isn't 10 days of watching me talk. It's 10 small actions, 10 to 15 minutes a day, on your own video. Little things, every day, stack up scary fast. You'll surprise yourself by day 4.

No, and that's the whole point. If you want 50 transitions, there are a hundred courses for that. This teaches the thing underneath: why an edit works. The effects are in here too. You'll just learn to use them like a pro instead of collecting them like an amateur.

You won't get kicked out. It's 10 lessons across two weeks. The weekends are there on purpose, so you can catch up. Each day a new video drops into the group and the course, you do that day's task, and you're posting your work alongside everyone else doing the same thing that week. That part matters more than you'd expect.
